Refund Policy  
 
We at LaserClarity always endeavour to give you the highest quality cards and the best service. However, we recognise that on rare occasions things can go wrong, and when they do because of a mistake made by ourselves we will always aim to correct the problem.

Please see below our Refunds policy, which outlines under what circumstances we will provide a full or partial refund on your order

We will fully refund or reprint your order under the following circumstances

•If your business cards are have been damaged during shipping
•If the print quality of your cards is poor (with the exception of your own inserted logo)
•Poor trimming where the trimming has cut through the card text
•The paper weight of your card is under 250GSM
•If your cards are not delivered within 14 full British working days from the date of placing your order. This is subject to the delivery details on the card being correct at the time of placing your order. Any attempted delivery by our couriers or the Post Office counts as a delivery and the delivery time.

To claim your refund you will need to return all the business cards delivered in your order to us with a brief note explaining the problem and stating your Job ID number. We will then refund the amount debited from your card when the order was placed. Alternately, if you wish and if its possible, we will reprint and dispatch your order correcting the problems you have described.

We will partially refund your order under the following circumstances

•If an express delivery arrives later than 4 full British working days after the date ordered, in which case we will refund the difference between standard and express delivery as shown in our price list. This is subject to the delivery details on the card being correct at the time of placing your order. Any attempted delivery by our couriers or the Post Office counts as a delivery and the delivery time.

We will not refund your order under the following circumstances

•If the wording on your business card is incorrect or contains mistakes. This is up to you to check before placing an order.
•If your uploaded logo print quality is poor and its colour is incorrect. This is up to you to check by printing a PDF proof of your card before placing an order.
•The delivery address given at the time of placing your order is incorrect
